How to ask
- Email admin@tekton.ink with the subject line Delete my data.
- Send it from the email address you originally used, if you can — that is the fastest way for us to find your record.
- If you reached us by phone or on Messenger instead, say so and give the phone number or the name you used.
What happens next
We confirm by reply, and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
Deleting your enquiry removes the whole record, not part of it:

Two honest limits
Our site analytics has nothing to delete. It is cookieless, and it stores no raw IP address. Visitors are counted using a one-way hash whose secret salt rotates every day, so there is no identifier in it that can be traced back to you or matched across days. We cannot single your rows out, because they are not yours in any recoverable sense.
Events already delivered to Meta are Meta's to delete. Advertised pages such as /ph send events to the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We cannot reach into Meta's systems. To remove that copy, use your own Facebook or Instagram settings, or Meta's Help Centre. We stop sending anything further about you as soon as your record here is gone.
One thing we may have to keep
If we ended up working together, invoices and project records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. That is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it covers the commercial record only — never your marketing data. Everything else goes.
If you are not satisfied
Reply and tell us. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or to your local data protection authority if you are elsewhere.
